Since 1980 Monica has worked in Foodservice Management at multiple locations including work in the higher education and long-term care segments. Thesing was a Foodservice Director for Aramark in several locations in the Midwest including Bemidji State University, Waldorf College, Washburn University, Macalester College over a twelve-year period.

Monica is responsible for cost estimating, equipment research and selection, specification writing, and communicating with the project team to aid in the development of foodservice systems and plans that best meet the client’s needs.
