Monica Thesing

As Senior Equipment Specialist, Monica has worked on projects in various market segments since joining Rippe Associates in 2001; from K-12 education to higher education of colleges and universities, to corporate or correctional facilities, she is well versed in many areas. She brings an in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of higher education and long-term care projects as a former Foodservice Director for Aramark throughout the Midwest, working at schools such as Bemidji State University, Waldorf College, Washburn College and Macalaster College. In her role with Rippe Associates, Monica researches and selects equipment, does cost estimating, specification writing and works in partnership with her project team to ensure that the foodservice systems and plans, best meet the needs of the client.
