Mike has worked in foodservice design & consulting since 1994. During this time, he has worked on numerous projects in the hospitality, corporate, K-12, government, higher education, and healthcare segments. Wrase follows projects from initial design through construction to final inspection. He manages the project schedule, oversees the preparation of drawings, and coordinates work with the architects and engineers.
Mike thrives on the variety in projects and enjoys the fast-paced hospitality industry where the object isn’t just a kitchen, bar, or restaurant – it’s about the customer experience. His greatest satisfaction is that feeling of accomplishment when a project is complete and working, and especially in seeing clients happy with the result.
