As Senior Project Manager, Mike has led foodservice design projects across a multitude of industries: from casinos and resorts in hospitality to universities and K-12 schools in the education market segment. With 28+ years of industry experience and time with Rippe Associates, he manages every step of the project from early visioning stages to final successful project completion. Mike thrives on the uniqueness of each project and enjoys the fast-paced hospitality industry where the object isn’t just a kitchen, bar, or restaurant – it’s about the customer experience. His passion shines through in his work, and in his collaboration with architects, engineers, and construction contractors.
