Joy joined Rippe Associates in 1999 and has developed extensive knowledge and expertise in Foodservice Design over the last 23 years. As a Senior Equipment Specialist, she writes specifications, cost estimates, equipment research and selection, pulls cutbooks, and assists with submittal reviews. Joy’s passion for organization combined with her experience as an operator is instrumental in her research of new equipment that fits the needs of the project keeping in alignment with any budget and time constraints, satisfying the needs of any project she tackles.
