Rippe Associates is pleased to introduce our newest team member, Karen A Thompson, as our new Project Manager!

With a master’s degree in Architecture from Southern California Institute of Architecture and NCARB & LEED AP Certifications, she brings over a decade of experience to Rippe. Previously she worked in Hospitality, Master Planning, & Multi-Family projects internationally, as well as residential projects and kitchen design in new construction.

Karen has joined the Rippe team, full of enthusiasm and a desire to delve into the foodservice design industry. Her genuine presence is sure to take her far in this field – with unparalleled eagerness towards learning, she will be an invaluable asset as we watch her grow in her knowledge and skills. We are thrilled to have her onboard and can’t wait to see what the future holds for her at Rippe!
