Rippe Associates, Inc, a leading provider of innovative foodservice design solutions, is thrilled to announce the expansion of its ownership team with the addition of three highly accomplished industry and business professionals. This strategic move reflects the company’s commitment to excellence and its mission to continue delivering exceptional services to its clients.

Steve Carlson, President & Owner of Rippe Associates, Inc, states, “In order to ensure the continued success of Rippe Associates, we need a steady stream of new projects, and we need to be professionally managed. I’m confident that Christine, Eric & Katie will ensure these happen. We have a great team, committed to quality and customer service and I’m confident that this team will continue to be challenged and grow.”

The new additions to the ownership team are no strangers to Rippe Associates, Inc. Spanning from 2 years to 28 years with the firm, they have been active members of the leadership group and bring a wealth of industry, operations & business expertise to decision making. Their collective knowledge and dedication to client satisfaction, design excellence, and business management make them valuable assets to the firm.

Introducing the newest members of the ownership team:
Christine Guyott, FCSI, RDN, Executive Principal: With over 35 years of experience in the foodservice industry, twenty-eight of them with Rippe, Christine is a recognized leader, holding board positions and involvement with multiple professional organizations. She brings her dedication to quality and customer experience from the leadership team into the ownership position. Christine is “passionate about continuing the legacy of Rippe Associates. Our company has a long history of respect amongst our clients and in the food service design industry. I am excited to join as a partner in the ownership team with Steve, Eric and Katie. They will be integral to moving our company forward and continuing the Rippe culture of excellence.”

Eric Goodrich, Principal: With over 28 years of experience in the foodservice industry, ten of which have been spent in design and project management, Eric has the unique combination of operations and design experience which has been a hallmark of Rippe Associates since its founding. His management background in Hospitality, Higher Education, and Corporate Dining provides him with the real-world context which informs the design process as he works collaboratively with his clients. When asked about his feelings about joining the ownership group, Eric said “The Rippe name is more than a brand; it is known as the gold standard in our industry when it comes to quality standards. I am honored to help carry on that tradition into the future and continue to build on our past success”.

Katie Lint, Director of Operations: Known for her years of developing a strategic approach to businesses and attention to employee involvement and development, Katie is a forward-thinker who will contribute fresh ideas and strategies to Rippe Associates. When asked what drew her to be part of the ownership group, Katie said, “I am grateful to be part of a community of professional and dynamic colleagues, where I have the ability to make a difference in the structure and efficiencies of our business; and, as a foodie, I am amazed and excited about the innovated designs that our teams achieve for our clients.” Her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends will drive the firm’s continued growth and success.
