Leading Rippe’s healthcare and institutional design practice and serving as a member of the Rippe Ownership Team, Christine draws on over 30 years of expertise to guide clients through complex foodservice planning and execution. Her work spans from expansive academic medical centers to community hospitals, always with a focus on practical, innovative, and client-centered solutions.

Christine has served as Chair of the FCSI Worldwide Board of Trustees and on the AHF Industry Advisory Board. She is widely recognized with honors including the FE&S Consultant Award, FER Consultant Award, and the AHF Making a Difference Award. As a mentor through the FCSI Education Foundation’s FEED program, she continues to shape the next generation of consultants.

Living in Saint Paul with her bulldog Roxie, Christine enjoys time by the river or at the lake, reading, and gathering with friends around a fire. Most of all, she loves watching her two sons, Max and Mostyn, grow into adulthood.
