Katie Lint is the Director of Operations, and member of the Rippe Ownership Team, where she leads strategic initiatives and oversees day-to-day operations to support the firm’s continued growth and excellence in foodservice design. She brings a people-focused, highly organized approach to her work, helping drive operational efficiency, strengthen internal processes, and foster a collaborative workplace culture. Katie is known for her ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a strong commitment to team development and client service.

Katie’s leadership spans strategic planning, financial oversight and budgeting, human resources, compliance, and alignment with key partners across IT, marketing, and accounting. She led the integration of the Traction EOS system into Rippe’s leadership structure and oversees the launch and tracking of quarterly company and employee Rocks. She has refined the firm’s annual budgeting and monthly reporting processes, identified meaningful cost savings across benefits, IT, and insurance, and enhanced the employee benefits program to better support the team.

She has also strengthened onboarding and culture initiatives, advanced the firm’s ERP platform as a single source of truth for project data, improved project transparency, integrated key partners into workflows, and helped implement a structured client feedback process through Rippe’s marketing survey program.

A self-proclaimed “foodie,” Katie enjoys exploring new restaurants, following culinary trends, and creating memorable food experiences with family and friends. Her appreciation for great food and hospitality naturally aligns with Rippe Associates’ mission and fuels her passion for the industry Rippe Associates serves.
