Steve has worked in foodservice design and consulting since joining Rippe Associates in 1982. He approaches each project from what is practical, affordable, and sustainable, with specialization in projects with short timelines, complicated renovations, and large-scale projects requiring complex organization and planning. He has experience in custom equipment fabrication, refrigeration systems, and millwork construction; this includes work in hotels, restaurants, private clubs, and cafeterias.
With every project he tackles, Steve brings a unique combination of creativity and sensibility which is illustrated by his precise attention to detail and concern for quality. His industry knowledge and extensive experience combined with thorough design work and collaborative approach has resulted in many long-term client relationships and countless successful project partnerships.
