Since joining Rippe Associates in 2001, Joely has successfully implemented a variety of office workflow procedures ensuring maximum efficiency. She often wears many hats, juggling multiple projects simultaneously, and her natural “fixer” ability makes her the go-to person in the office: from fixing a word doc formatting issue to completing RFQ/RFP requests, she is an instrumental part of keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. Joely’s enthusiasm and positivity is infectious, and she possesses a genuine ability to get others to participate in introspective thinking with her ‘Question of the Day’.
