This 300,000-square-foot project replaced an existing hotel and casino with a dramatic new building featuring a five-story atrium showcasing the view of the Rocky Mountains. The resort features a 150-room boutique hotel, pool with a “lazy river,” four restaurants, lounge, bowling alley and 25,000-square-feet of conference and event space. The 300-seat Aspen Room Buffet offers guests the choice of enjoying flavors from around the world like Mexican, Southwestern, Italian, and American, as well a fresh salad bar and desserts. The dessert station doubles as the Rose Coffee Bistro featuring an a la carte menu and an assortment of coffee drinks. The Event Center is supported by a central kitchen that also serves the buffet, a la carte restaurant and Shining Mountain Café.

The Shining Mountain Café offers an extensive Southwestern menu as well as Native American themed cuisine. Just off the casino floor, the Rolling Thunder Grill offers a unique pub-fare atmosphere and dishes like lasagna, meatloaf, prime rib, and a variety of salads and soups. The 49 Lounge features a stage for live entertainment, full bar and appetizer menu. The Las Vegas style casino’s 45,000 square-foot gaming floor offers a luxurious private poker room, blackjack, 3-card poker, craps, roulette, 700 slot machines, 10 table games and a 200-seat bingo hall.
