This 100,000-square-foot casino was added to a well known race track that has been operating since 1971 and purchased by Churchill Downs in 1999. The casino is adjacent to the existing clubhouse and includes over 1200 slots in addition too electronic blackjack tables and poker.

The food and beverage venues include a 200-seat buffet, a 120-seat sports bar restaurant, a 65-seat food court and a sports bar on the gaming floor. The buffet includes three action cooking stations for comfort food, Italian and Asian as well as stations for soup, salad and desserts. The buffet stations can be easily converted to accommodate seafood and other themed buffets. The buffet and sports bar restaurant are served by a central production kitchen and shared dishroom. The snack bar includes its own cooking line, storage and sanitation areas. There is a 20-seat VIP lounge with bar and small buffet. Two service bars provide drink service to the gaming floor and there is a small warehouse/central storage area for food and beverages. The employee dining room is located in the clubhouse.
